This Products, Services, and Pricing Policy ("Policy") outlines the official commercial subscription models and operational processing fees provided by FAASLEY MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") within The Kreator Co mobile application and web ecosystem (hereby referred to as the "Platform").
All prices listed on the platform and within this document are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed securely through authorized domestic payment gateways.
1. Influencer Subscription Models ("Creator Collab Pass")
To access the platform's premium features, unlock direct paid brand collaborations, participate in live marketing campaigns, and get full access to the application ecosystem, users must subscribe to an active "Creator Collab Pass." The payment gateway is primarily utilized to collect these inbound subscription fees.
1.1 6-Month Creator Collab Pass
Product Description: Grants full, uninterrupted premium access to the paid campaign marketplace, brand collaboration listings, and full application features with in-app wallet withdrawal privileges for 6 months.
Base Subscription Price: 895.00 INR
Applicable GST (18%): 161.10 INR
Total Gross Billing Amount: 1,056.10 INR (Inclusive of all taxes)
Billing Cycle: One-time upfront payment valid for exactly 180 calendar days.
1.2 Yearly Creator Collab Pass
Product Description: Grants comprehensive priority access to the paid campaign marketplace, direct brand collaboration workflows, and full application features with in-app wallet withdrawal privileges for 12 months.
Base Subscription Price: 1,899.00 INR
Applicable GST (18%): 341.82 INR
Total Gross Billing Amount: 2,240.82 INR (Inclusive of all taxes)
Billing Cycle: One-time upfront payment valid for exactly 365 calendar days.
2. In-App Wallet and Payout System (Outbound Flows)
The platform operates an integrated digital wallet framework to manage user earnings and campaign payouts securely.
User Wallet System: Earnings accumulated by Influencers via verified campaign deliverables are credited directly to their internal platform wallet.
Payout/Withdrawal Feature: Influencers utilize their active wallet balance to initiate a withdrawal request for their earned revenue. Upon verification, the platform admin panel securely processes and approves the payout, releasing the funds directly to the user's registered bank account.
3. Mandatory Statutory Deductions and Processing Parameters
3.1 Goods and Services Tax (GST)
In compliance with Central and State statutory tax regulations under Indian Law, a mandatory levy of 18% GST is systematically applied to all digital subscription products processed within the platform.
3.2 Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194C
For commercial campaign payouts disbursed from the platform ecosystem to individual Influencer bank accounts, the Service Provider enforces strict statutory withholding mandates under the Indian Income Tax Act:
A statutory deduction of 1% TDS will be automatically executed on the gross campaign pay-rate for creators holding a verified, valid Permanent Account Number (PAN).
For accounts lacking a verified PAN database match, a standard statutory penalty deduction rate up to 20% may be applied under prevailing national fiscal directives.
3.3 Transaction Convenience Fees
Depending on the specific payment instrument utilized by the user at checkout (such as Credit Cards, Corporate Cards, Net Banking, or UPI), standard network gateway processing fees up to 2.5% may be appended by the network processor to handle settlement routing.
