This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms, conditions, and processing timelines governing cancellations, transaction failures, and refund requests executed within The Kreator Co mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"), owned and operated by FAASLEY MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Service Provider processes all payment operations securely via certified third-party payment gateways, including Cashfree Payments. By initiating a financial transaction on this platform, you ("User", "Brand", or "Influencer") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. General Principles & Non-Refundable Fees
The Kreator Co operates as a commercial B2B intermediary connecting Brands and Influencers. Due to the digital nature of the infrastructure provided, the following payment structures are strictly non-refundable:
Influencer Subscription Fees: All recurring monthly or annual fees paid by Influencers to access premium paid brand collaborations are non-refundable upon activation.
Campaign Creation & Processing Fees: Any processing or administrative fees levied on Brands to review, approve, and list a marketing campaign on the platform are non-refundable, regardless of campaign performance or engagement outcomes.
Taxes and Gateway Charges: Statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, and payment gateway convenience fees applied at checkout are non-refundable as they are consumed at the point of transaction.
2. Brand Campaign Escrow & Cancellation Terms
2.1 Campaign Cancellation by Brand
Before Approval/Launch: If a Brand creates a campaign and chooses to cancel it before it has been reviewed, approved, or made live by the platform support team, the campaign budget amount will be credited back to the Brand's in-app digital wallet.
Active Campaigns: Once a campaign goes live and Influencers begin applying or locking in deliverables, the active budget allocated to those locked creators cannot be canceled or retracted by the Brand.
2.2 Influencer Default & Dispute-Driven Refunds
If a Brand funds a campaign and the selected Influencer fails to deliver the agreed-upon marketing content, or if the content fails to meet the explicit campaign guidelines:
The Brand must formally lodge a dispute within the Application interface.
The Service Provider will execute a manual evaluation of the campaign brief versus the completed work (if any).
If the platform verifies that the Influencer defaulted on their obligations, the held campaign funds will be reversed. The Service Provider holds the final, absolute authority on all dispute settlements.
3. Digital Wallet Infrastructure Rules
Brand Wallet: Funds deposited into a Brand's digital wallet via Cashfree Payments are meant solely for deployment into marketing campaigns on the platform. These funds cannot be arbitrarily withdrawn or cashed out back to a bank account unless verified through an official dispute settlement handled by our support desk.
Influencer Wallet: Funds held here represent verified earnings from successfully completed collaborations. These balances are eligible only for structural withdrawal to the Influencer's linked and verified Indian bank account.
4. Refund Processing Timelines & Mechanics
To maintain complete transparency and meet regulatory merchant requirements, verified refunds are handled under strict, automated, and manual operational windows:

Source Account Rule: All verified refunds will be systematically reversed back to the exact original payment source (e.g., the specific Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, or UPI ID used during the initial checkout via Cashfree). The Service Provider will not route refunds to alternative third-party bank accounts.
5. Chargeback and Transaction Failure Management
Failed Deductions: If money is debited from your bank account or card but does not reflect in your The Kreator Co wallet or campaign dashboard, it is typically classified as an intermittent banking network drop. In such instances, the payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) will automatically route the dropped funds back to your source account within 3 to 5 business days, independent of platform intervention.
Fraudulent Claims: Initiating bad-faith chargebacks or filing fraudulent dispute claims with your banking institution without engaging the platform's internal support infrastructure will result in permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated wallet balances.
6. Policy Updates & Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or refine this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time to maintain operational sync with payment processors or evolving legal frameworks in India. Continued utilization of the platform post-amendment implies total acceptance of the updated terms.
