At The Kreator Co, we value user privacy and transparency regarding the handling of your personal information and Meta Platform Data. In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policies, and applicable data privacy regulations, users retain full autonomy to disconnect their social media accounts and request the deletion of all data associated with their profile.
What Data We Collect & Store
When you authenticate your Instagram Business or Creator account with The Kreator Co via Meta OAuth, we temporarily sync and display:
Basic Profile Metadata (Username, Profile Name, Profile Picture URL, Bio, and Category)
Media Metrics (Post IDs, media type, caption text, likes, comments, video views, saves, and reach)
Account-Level Aggregated Metrics (Engagement rate, average reel reach, follower count)
We do not access your private messages (DMs), account passwords, or personal payment credentials.
How to Delete Your Synced Instagram Data
Users can disconnect and permanently wipe their Instagram data using either of the two methods outlined below:
Method 1: Instant In-App Data Wipe (Recommended)
You can directly purge your Instagram data from our servers in real time without waiting for manual support:
Log in to your account on The Kreator Co web platform or mobile app.
Tap on the Profile Icon in the top navigation bar.
Open Settings and navigate to the Account tab.
Under the Instagram integration row, click on Disconnect Instagram.
Confirm the action in the prompt.
Result: Your Instagram user access tokens are immediately invalidated, and all cached profile insights, media metrics, and synced statistics are permanently purged from our database.
Method 2: Manual Data Deletion Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the platform or wish to delete your entire account including email, registered profile, and all synced analytics:
Send an email to our Data Protection team at: thekreatorco@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Username]
Include your registered email address and your linked Instagram handle (@username).
Processing Time: Our technical team will process the request, purge all associated records across our primary and backup databases, and send a confirmation email within 48 to 72 business hours.
Third-Party Data Revocation (via Instagram / Facebook)
You can also revoke The Kreator Co’s access directly from your Meta account settings at any time:
Log in to your Instagram account on a web browser or mobile app.
Navigate to Settings and Privacy -> Website permissions -> Apps and websites.
Locate The Kreator Co under the Active tab.
Click Remove to revoke API access immediately.
